The successor to the best-selling Musway MW1000A impresses with numerous well-thought-out innovations and even greater ease of use. The controls for the crossover, bass boost, subsonic filter, and phase are now elegantly integrated into the top of the new MW1100A. Thanks to this clever arrangement, the remote level control could be made significantly more compact.

The true highlight of the MW1100A is its outstanding sound. The predecessor model already impressed numerous satisfied users with its extremely powerful yet audiophile-quality reproduction – despite its shallow mounting depth. The unanimous verdict: a high-end subwoofer that sounds like a full-fledged performance model without compromise. The MW1100A delivers rich, precise bass while remaining virtually invisible in the vehicle. The perfect solution for anyone who wants to combine top-notch sound quality with a discreet, space-saving design.

Another new feature is the meticulously engineered, short-circuit-proof power connector. It can be easily removed when needed – ideal when the spare tire needs to be removed quickly and easily. This system combines maximum safety with the highest level of everyday usability. The proven components remain unchanged: The high-quality 28 cm high-end subwoofer with a 76 mm voice coil and robust metal cone is in a class of its own. It withstands even extreme pressure conditions within the enclosure. The powerful 150-watt RMS Class A/B amplifier is also retained, ensuring the typical, dynamic Musway sound. Naturally, the MW1100A features classic RCA inputs and modern high-level inputs with auto turn-on.

The woofer basket and the enclosure are manufactured from a single, precision-machined piece. This allowed for the integration of an additional central sealing ring, ensuring a perfect seal for the die-cast aluminum enclosure. Thanks to the ingenious, integrated design, the spare tire mounting bolt can be routed directly through the subwoofer. With a diameter of just 36 cm and a height of only 12.1 cm, the MW1100A fits easily into emergency and spare tires with rim sizes of approximately 15 inches and larger. The result: a clean, invisible, and extremely space-saving installation – with full, uncompromising bass performance.
